Vacancy Site Manager
Job Location Dublin
Salary €60,000 - €70,000
The role
Responsible for day to day running of the site
Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
Responsible for all graduate / junior members on site.
Ensuring Constant communication with other members of the senior management
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
Job Requirements
Experience Managing Projects of €10M +
5 + years Site Management experience
Computer literate
Full understanding of design drawings
Clean driving licence
IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
