Are you interested in the role as an Aftersales Engineering Manager?

Inform3 are delighted to be working alongside a global manufacturing company who are looking to add to their well-established team. There may be some travel required to sites on certain occasions.

This is a great opportunity to manage and provide technical support to other international partners and branches within the company and assist with any enquiries within the aftersales team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the aftersales team regarding all customer enquiries.
• Build a good relationship with new and existing customers to maintain a good relationship and promote the company name further afield.
• Provide excellent customer care throughout all aspects of work that is carried out on a daily basis.
• To assist with all Field Engineers when required and lead certain teams that are responsible for Technical Support/Fault Finding and further afield.
• Provide training to international dealers and to provide support when required.
• Assist and provide analysis for machine improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years’ experience working within a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand Electrical and Hydraulic schematics
• Experience within Manufacturing and Heavy Plant Industries would be advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Good attention to detail.
• Full UK Driver’s License.
