Job Title – Architect 

Job Location – Co. Tyrone

Salary – £50K - £60K

About the Company:

I have an excellent, new opportunity for one of Northern Ireland's busier main contractors who specialise in apartment and housing developments across NI.

They offer a wide range of professional building services for the public and industry sectors throughout the North of Ireland.

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Architect to join their well-established team. This role is suited to someone who is Proficient with AutoCAD and experience with Revit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in compiling working drawings, liaising with contractors and preparing construction information packages.
• Strong Understanding of building construction and detailing.
• Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional design skills and detail orientation.
• Assists in the development of the project design, production of presentation drawings.

Criteria Required:

• Proficient with AutoCAD, experience with Revit would be desirable.
• Qualification in a relevant degree.
• Minimum 8 years’ Experience.
• Ability to work as part of team or as an individual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and own initiative.
