A unique opportunity has become available in a large and extremely well run and respected construction company. They are winning a large amount of work and as a result, they are growing at a strong rate. Currently now looking to add a Technical Project Architect to their dynamic and friendly Architectural team.

You will be an integral member of the company assisting on simultaneous projects at any one time. The team work across a couple of sectors but predominantly projects within the Dublin area, working heavily with both private practice and local authority. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work an involved role, with full autonomy for this friendly company that is at a period of exciting growth and in turn can offer ample long term career opportunity.

The role will involve close interaction with the development team, consultants and the real estate operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious architect who wants to work on exciting projects which will include residential, commercial, retail and master planning

This is a fairly senior role within the company so the ideal person will have at least 8 years experience.

Reporting into the Senior Design manager, working with the Technical Manager and Architects key duties and areas of experience may include:

• Effectively manage your workload alongside the design process with the wider Architectural team to ensure a timely and on budget project delivery
• A previous or current background in Architecture would be highly preferable
• Manage multiple projects at any one time that could be at varying stages of the build
• Reviewing and comment on design information in conjunction with the Design Manager
• Coordination with the inhouse team and the contractors
• Ideally have some previous experience/familiarity with Revit/BIM
• Experience within the programming of work
• Attend site meetings when required
• Assist with information issuing and ensuring the drawing packages are inline with deadlines

The ideal individual will have a high level of attention to detail, strong team working and communication skills and you'll be happy to support your colleagues including more junior members of the Architectural team.
