Architect - Belfast/ Remote

Our client is a leading develop with a name synonymous with quality and their impressive project portfolio.  Due to a peak in workload, they require a technically competent Architect to join their busy design team.  The role is based in Belfast however client is open to offering remote working.

Job role:

• You will manage jobs from inception to completion.
• Liaise with all members of the design team.
• You should have a good understanding of building construction.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge NI and English Building Regulations.
• Experience in compiling and submitting Planning and Building Control Applications.
• Experience in compiling working drawings, liaising with contractors and preparing construction information packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior attention to details.

Criteria:

• RIBA, RIAI or ARB registered architect,
• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience,
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience of working in a busy design team
