Architectural Technician - Northern Ireland

Our client is a leading Architectural practice with an impressive project portfolio including retail, leisure, commercial, conservation and residential design.  Their project portfolio is impressive and this role offers an opportunity to work on landmark projects in a dynamic and vibrant working environment.

Job responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading and projects from concept through to design stage.
• You will be involved in the tender process.
• Attending site meetings.
• Carrying out inspections of projects.

Criteria

• Hold a degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• You should be proficient in 3D AutoCad with a knowledge of Revit.
• Ideally have strong knowledge of building and CDM regulations.
