Architectural Technician - ROI

Our client has been established over 30 years and are a market leader in precast cladding market.  They are recognised for their honesty, integrity and quality and this is at the cornerstone of the company.  Due to a peak in workload, they currently require an Architectural Technician to join their busy team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the all members of the design team you will produce a full range of façade details.
• Liaise with external design team members on a regular basis
• Produce accurate drawings and information for issue.
• Attend the site as required to confirm drawings / model accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Carry out other duties as directed by your manager
• Produce accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports, and General information.
• Support the completion of the associated external facade works in accordance with the Program.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality and safety Standards.
• Manage buildability issues related to the external envelope.

Criteria

• Relevant Architectural, Engineering or Construction Qualification
• Minimum 5 Years' Experience (Façade Experience preferred)
• Experience using 3D BIM Environment via workflow
• Strong Detailing / modelling experience
• Technical and Practical Knowledge of The Building Industry
• Advance Knowledge of Ms Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Industry Specific Software
• Excellent Written and Oral Presentation Skills
• Ability to Work on own Initiative
