Architectural Technician-Newry

Our client is an established and well respected Architect with a reputation synonymous with quality and high profile projects and currently require an Architectural Technician to join their busy team.  The projects are a mixture of healthcare, residential and commercial works.  This practice easily is commutable from Belfast or Dundalk and offers an excellent opportunity for career progression.

Job responsibilities

• You will work closely with senior Architects
• In this role you will preparing detailed design drawings on a diverse range of projects ranging from £6m to £28m.
• You will work closely with all members of the design team

Criteria

• Degree in Architectural Technology or in a related construction related discipline.
• 3 years + experience
• Ideally have sound knowledge of UK and Irish building regulations.
