Due to continued expansion a successful Manufacturing Company in County Cork is looking to recruit several Assembly Workers to assist the ever-increasing demand of their products and services.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the industry and be a hard-working individual with the willingness to learn.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team of individuals and from this further develop your skills and knowledge of the manufacturing industry. The company offer great training opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Support existing team members with various production activities, mechanical assembly.
• Once you are fully trained, you will be required to work with minimal supervision building products.
• Have a careful approach to assembly.
• Exceed high levels of production standards and efficiency when completing tasks.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed to the required timescale.
• Ensure work area is clean, tidy and orderly at all times.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and other team members.
• Understand and follow detailed work instructions in relation to assembly tasks.

Experience and Skills for the Role:

• No qualifications or experience required as the company provide training.
• Should be committed and motivated.
• Hard working individual.
• Have the ability to listen and follow instructions.
• Have high attention to detail.
• Be a team player, supporting other team members in their role.
• Use initiative where possible.
• Good communication skills.
