Job Title – Assistant Contracts Manager

Job Location – Co Down / Dublin

Salary - €60k - €65k – excellent package provided.

About the Company

Specialist Sub contractors who sub into developers both North and South of Ireland are looking for a senior role in the company of an Assistant Contracts Manager. This successful construction company work in all sectors including health, education and residential.

The Role

• Based in the offices in Co Down and travelling to site in Dublin and surrounding area
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Managing civil engineering and groundworks contractors
• Will have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
• Ensuring quality of works
• Liaising with the design team, client etc

Requirements

• Engineering background is essential
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Excellent work ethic and pride to get the job completed.
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CSCS & first Aid
