Assistant Project Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 are currently recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to work on utility projects throughout Dublin. This is an excellent position for a civil engineering professional to progress their career towards Project Management. The client is able to provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work on multi-million projects and experience a wide variety of civil packages.

The successful candidate must have a Civil Engineer or Construction Management degree and previous experience with utilities.


Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and report into the Project Manager
  • Review the Project Programme
  • Coordinate site activities
  • Establish deadlines and targets
  • Review workmanship, ensuring it is aligned with company quality standards
  • Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
  • Order in materials
  • Complete the site diary and paperwork
  • Coordinate Site Inductions and Toolbox talks
  • Liaise with clients / consultancies / public
  • Ensure client requirements are met and exceeded
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
  • Attend Site Meetings
  • Provide progress reports to the Project Manager


Assistant Project Manager Specification:

  • Civil Engineer or Construction Management Degree
  • 3 years plus experience
  • Previous experience with utilities
  • Able to lead and manage site teams
  • Excellent communicator and highly organised
  • Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full Driving License
