Inform3 Recruitment are hiring for a construction management company that specialises in internal fit-out modular construction. Extensive experience in Data Centres, Food Hygiene and Pharma/Life science often doing projects abroad. This particular project is in Warsaw for a large global technology company.

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Sector: Data Centre

Salary: €65k - €75k plus package

The Role

• Permanent site-based role
• Liaise with the Director
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Oversee QA/QC
• Direct and Manage subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Oversee fit-out

Job Requirements

• Background/ Qualification in Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Proven experience of efficiently planning and completing projects from tender stage to completion.
