Job Title – Assistant Site Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – Wexford – Tipperary - Dublin

Salary – €40k - €50k

About the Company

A busy contractor across South Leinster are looking to recruit a Site Manager for works on multiple sites across, Wexford, Tipperary and Dublin. Projects consist of converting commercial space into units of apartments. Contractor is tendering for future projects and can provide long-term work with potential for growth.

The Role

• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Ensure that company policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Help plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour and the procurement of materials in order to meet deadlines
• Ensure that end product meets client’s expectation
• Site Admin Duties
• Will be No2 on site, reporting to Site Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Carpentry background preferable
