AutoCAD Designer South County Down £25-30k
A successful company based in South County Down have a great opportunity for a talented AutoCAD Designer to join their growing business.
The AutoCAD Designer will be working within a Design Team to complete high quality and interesting projects across a variety of sectors using the latest technologies.
Key Accountabilities of the Role:
- Working with AutoCAD software’s undertaking drawing/modelling for company projects.
- Produce high quality drawings relating to the company projects.
- Produce 2D/3D layout plans for projects and details to support the team in detailed planning of the project.
- Ensure designs are completed in accordance with project standards and requests.
- Implement CAD standards to ensure the required quality of drawings is maintained.
- Complete work to agreed timescales, programme and budgetary constraints.
- Work with colleagues of various disciplines to prepare detailed M&E designs for projects in line with the client’s requirements.
Experience and Knowledge:
The successful individual should hold a degree level/ HND/HNC qualification in a relevant field ideally with 1+ years commercial experience behind them.

- Skilled with 2D and 3D drawings.
- Good attention to details.
- Understand the importance of working to agreed deadlines.
- Self-motivated and ability to work to own initiative.
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and develop.
- Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
