AutoCAD Technician - Tyrone

AutoCAD Engineer          County Tyrone                  £25-35k

Our client based in County Tyrone has an immediate requirement to recruit an AutoCAD engineer to join their team to work on a range of projects for their expanding client base.  

The role will suit someone with at least 2 years of experience performing in a similar role who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment both with clients and as part of a dynamic wider team. Previous experience of AutoCAD & Revit in a construction environment is essential and a background in Electrical Building Services is highly advantageous.

Role & Responsibilities

• Producing clear and reliable designs from the concept stage through to construction.
• Maintaining the overview of all aspects of development including BIM processes, 2D and 3D designs and coordinating MEP services to finalise a successful project.
• Preparing technical reports, specifications and schedules.
• Contributing to the planning of team workload.

Individual requirements

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience
• Comfortable working on concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
