INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Bespoke Joinery Project Manager to join a growing business delivering high-end interior and fit-out projects.

This role would suit a Joinery Project Manager, Fit-Out Project Manager, Contracts Manager or experienced Site/Project Manager with a strong background in bespoke joinery and high-end interiors.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of projects from planning and coordination through to site installation and completion, working closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, workshop teams and site personnel.

A strong understanding of bespoke joinery, interior fit-out and construction processes is essential, along with the ability to manage projects from a practical, site-focused perspective.

Bespoke Joinery Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage bespoke joinery projects from production through to installation and completion.
  • Plan and coordinate workshop production against project and installation deadlines.
  • Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure drawings and specifications are accurate and available.
  • Coordinate materials, hardware, suppliers, installers and logistics.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and take action to keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate installation teams and attend sites where required.
  • Manage snagging and ensure all outstanding works are completed to a high standard.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, contractors and internal teams throughout the project.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, programme and attention to detail.
  • Take ownership of practical issues and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Bespoke Joinery Project Manager Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing or high-end interiors.
  • Previous experience managing or coordinating joinery projects from manufacture through to installation.
  • Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing, materials, hardware and installation processes.
  • Ability to read and understand detailed production and technical drawings.
  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Practical joinery or cabinet-making background is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and involved in resolving workshop and installation issues.
