INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new, exciting opportunity for an aspiring BIM professional to join a fantastic company to work on building project valued at €40M. The company are a multi award winning contractor who has been established over 60 years. The BIM Co-ordinator will lead in the development, management and delivery of multi-disciplinary BIM standards & digital implementation strategy throughout the pre-construction and construction stages of this major project. This will involve tasks such as clash detection, coordinating models, coordination meetings, working with site teams to ensure BIM procedures are followed and testing new technologies.

Essential Requirements:

• Keen interest in the practical application of BIM across the full construction lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, software and standards
• Strong interpersonal skills
