Our successful who is a Mechanical contractor in County Dublin are continuing grow as they continue to win major work and as a result, are recruiting for a BIM Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be required for the carrying out design, manufacture, and installation of mechanical services with a reputation for delivering projects to the highest standard

The successful candidate will be responsible for Development of Architects and Consultant design intent information into a fully co-ordinated constructable model and drawings.

Responsibilities Include:

• Play a role in the design and documentation of multiple projects.
• Monitor the agreed workflows and modelling techniques that are used in projects.
• Develop concept design and revise existing engineering drawings from specific sketches or layouts.
• Comply with project specific BIM Execution Plan and standards.
• Adhere to company and client drafting standards and procedures, and development of those standards when required.
• Research solutions to project concerns and present solutions to design problems.
• Ensure drawing registers and project specific CDE's are kept up to date.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience.
• Experienced in preparation of drawings and models with limited input from engineers, using own experience to develop output from sketches.
• Knowledge of electrical and sprinkler building services, architecture and structural design.
• Autodesk REVIT software experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• IT Literate and Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
