Our client is continuing to experience significant growth, securing major projects across Ireland. As a result, they are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their team in Sligo.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering integrated Building Information Modelling (BIM) services while driving improvements in design quality across a range of high-profile projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing BIM workflows, ensuring the highest standards of quality in the production and delivery of 2D drawings, schematics, and 3D models. You will work closely with Engineers, Architects, and the wider design team to produce accurate and coordinated design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, technical drawings, and documentation for multiple projects.
• Manage and monitor BIM workflows, standards, and modelling techniques across projects.
• Develop concept designs and produce detailed engineering drawings from sketches and design layouts.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company and client drafting standards and procedures.
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of BIM standards and processes.
• Coordinate with Engineers and Architects to deliver accurate, clash-free 3D models.
• Research technical solutions to project challenges and present practical design recommendations.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BIM Coordination role.
• Excellent understanding of BIM software
• Strong experience producing detailed drawings and 3D models
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
