Role: BIM Engineer (with Tier 1 Contractor)

Salary: €45,000 - €65,000

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's top 5 Building Contractors. This multi award winning company has an excellent reputation for developing their staff and produce award winning projects year on year.

This Contractor boasts over 80 years' experience delivering some of Irelands most prestigious developments. The company is now looking to add a BIM Engineer to their design team. Market leading salary and package on offer.

Responsibilities

• Completion of beginner or intermediate level of training in BIM/VDC software
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software is very desirable
• Strong software and general computer knowledge, and an ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Understanding of architectural/ structural design drawings and shop drawings
• Understanding of basic construction means and methods
• Ability to adapt to a deadline-driven and fast-paced construction environment
• Strong communication skills and client service approach
• Ability to adapt to evolving BIM software, technology, processes and services

Requirements

• Degree in a related subject
• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience
• Experienced in preparation of drawings and models with limited input from engineers, using own experience to develop output from sketches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• IT Literate and Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
