A successful company based in South County Down have now got an exciting opportunity to join their team. They are looking for an individual who can take on the role of a 360 BIM Manager with a great knowledge and skill set of the BIM software’s.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Provide leadership in the effective delivery of 360 BIM for company projects.
  • Prepare and present designs using 360 BIM software.
  • Lead the 360 BIM function within projects, which involve liaison, and an oversight on AutoCAD.
  • Work closely with different functional areas of the business to establish and maintain best practice procedures and understanding.
  • Implement and where necessary extend/develop tools and environments to support efficient BIM Delivery.
  • Coordination of 3D BIM for the projects of the business.
  • Ensure that client information and requirements are delivered and met.
  • Advise and support members of the Design team on the design and technical issues of projects.
  • Ensure that the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all designs are completed to a high standard and within the deadline.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications of the Role:

  • 4-5+ years’ experience in a similar role using BIM Software.
  • Hold a skill set and knowledge in using 360 BIM.
  • Hold a Degree/HND/HNC qualification in a relevant subject to the role.
  • Experience of producing MEP models using BIM standards and processes.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to work under own initiative with good time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
