BMS Engineer West London
INFORM3 Recruitment are actively recruiting an experienced BMS Engineer to work with an established client in London. As the BMS Engineer you will manage all aspects of the BMS system on the project and coordinate with the project manager to ensure deliverables.
To be successful in this role you will have 5+years’ experience working with BMS systems and be degree certified in a relevant subject. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to adapt to problems as they arise.

Main Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of the design submittal.
- Be present for testing to ensure stability of system.
- Manage a team of subcontractors on site to ensure the safe and stable operation of system.
- Client and subcontractor management.
- Ensure a high level of quality and professionalisms form all aspects of design and installation.
- System analysis and fault finding.
- Attend weekly meetings to relay current state of project.
Key Requirements
- Hold a relevant degree to the role.
- 5+ years’ Experience working with multiple BMS systems.
- Knowledge of data centres BMS is preferable.
- Experience providing on-site installation, support and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record of customer service and high-quality works man ship.
- Able to effectively report and communicate all necessary updates to clients and the project manager.
