BREEAM Assessor - Belfast

BREEAM Assessor           Belfast                 £30-32k

In this role the successful candidate will be taking responsibility for entire project lifecycle and ensuring high-quality consultancy and written reports are delivered. The ideal candidate will already be demonstrating their expertise as a BREEAM Assessor with a proven ability carrying out sustainability assessments and an in-depth knowledge of planning strategies.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is organised and efficient, able to manage your time and workload to meet project deadlines.  Excellent verbal and report writing skills are essential as is the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Key responsibilities:

• Provide BREEAM assessments on new and existing projects
• Producing sustainability plans and improving existing ones
• Deliver professional consultancy services and written reports
• Provide guidance and support on regulation and legislation changes that impact projects
• Liaise with wider teams to achieve requirements and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Assist in the compilation and presentation of BREEAM evidence.
• Attend project meeting to identify opportunities to improve sustainability.

Candidate requirements:

• 2+ years of experience undertaking BREEAM assessments
• Good knowledge of sustainability assessments and planning strategies
• Highly organised, efficient and self-driven
• Have a thorough working knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office products
• Experience of stakeholder management
