Job Title – Bricklaying Foreman

Project – Various Projects in Greater Dublin Area (Full Time Role)

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €40K - €50K

About the Company

Specialist Sub contractors who work with developers in both North and South of Ireland are looking for a senior role in the company of an Assistant Contracts Manager. This successful construction company work in all sectors including health, education and residential.

The Role

• Liaise with Site Management
• Order materials as required for projects.
• Able to take the job out of the ground and see it to hand over
• Successful candidate that is on the site full time working the job.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Will have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
• Will be safety conscious
• Take control of all works from house foundations through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping
• Ensuring quality of works

Requirements

• Background in bricklaying residential / commercial projects
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in and manage a team.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
