Building Service Engineer            Dublin                  €45-60k

We have an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join a leading M&E Contractor based in Dublin where you will be part of a team working on a wide range of building services disciplines in a commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be supporting the Project Management Team working with a range of clients from developers, project managers, contractors, and end user clients; however, the common theme is that you'll get to see projects from feasibility and design through to construction.

Key accountabilities

• Produce and review mechanical design documentation
• Undertake site visits to include surveys for technical due diligence, to capture information to inform M&E design and monitor installation and commissioning
• Attend client and design team meetings, with support from more senior engineers
• Review of specifications and designs against industry standards and specifications

Requirements

• BSc/BEng (Hons) in an M&E discipline with 2+ years commercial experience
• Demonstrable understanding of M&E systems within buildings
• Excellent knowledge of Mechanical/HVAC systems
• Confident in talking to a wide range of people to build relationships
• Understanding of Revit and BIM principles preferable
• Must be a good team player but able to work independently
• Confident communicator both verbally and in writing
