Building Services Co-ordinator

Established for over 60 years this leading Irish Contractor has a requirement for a Building Services Co-ordinator.  They have a name synonymous with quality and their project portfolio consists of building and civil projects ranging to €300m. 

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical and Electrical services on site
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are adhered to.
• Provide CDM and Health and Safety input.
• Manage client, design team and subcontractor related meetings.
• Check for discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications.

Criteria

• Previous data centre experience essential.
• Excellent knowledge of Mechanical installation
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety standards
