Building Surveyor - Belfast

Our client is a prominent multidisciplinary building consultancy in Dublin, who are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to be responsible for performing professional building surveys on residential and commercial developments.
 The successful Building Surveyor should have appropriate post-graduate building surveying experience and be willing to work, as part of a successful team in a well-established building consultancy. The role will suit an ambitious and enthusiastic individual wishing to advance their career.
 
 Responsibilities:

• Carry out Stock Condition Surveys (Capex Budgeting/Condition Surveys).
• Preparation of an Opinion on Compliance surveys that a building has been built in accordance with the Planning Permission granted and Building Regulations.
• Surveying and preparation of schedule of conditions and schedule of dilapidations reports on commercial properties.
• General surveying and preparing property reports.
• Project monitoring works.
• Preparing tenders, supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals.
• Compiling, checking and approving reports and drawings ensuring that projects run smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSc, (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying, or equivalent.
• Chartered Building Surveyor and/or Registered Building Surveyor status desirable.
• 3+ years relevant commercial / residential building surveying experience.
