Building Surveyor – Louth

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor, to complete surveys on domestic and commercial projects in Louth and Dublin. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client who is a specialist within the construction industry. The client centres their ethos and principles around producing projects in the safest way possible and ensuring all work is completed with pride and quality.

 

Building Surveyor Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the management team
  • Complete building condition surveys
  • Undertaking building defect inspections
  • Complete energy assessments
  • Complete sound tests
  • Complete air tightness testing
  • Complete admin and reporting upon surveys
  • Quality assurance checks
  • Check Site Specifications and Drawings
  • Preparation of Planning and other Local Authority Consent Applications
  • Liaising with Clients and Consultancies
  • Attending meetings with Clients
  • Attend meetings with the Management Team
  • Adhere to Health & Safety at all times

 

Building Surveyor Specification:

  • Building Survey or Energy Assessor Degree / Qualification
  • 1 plus years experience in a similar position
  • Technical knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in all Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Able to work independently
  • Motivated and Driven
  • Full driving licence
