Our client is a leading multidisciplinary Consultancy with a name synonymous with quality Engineering. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial and conservation projects.
Job Role:
- Prepare surveys, designs, reports, and contract documents, including drawings
- General administration of team projects
- Manage small / medium sized projects as appropriate
- Attend meetings / presentations where appropriate
- Undertake on-site or other survey work
- Develop client relationships
Criteria:
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience
- Have a good understanding of Building and Planning Regulations,
- Have an good knowledge of architectural and technical detailing.
