Business Development Manager – Wexford
INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager for a Construction Contractor. The successful candidate will join a company seeking to expand their operations and reach new heights within the construction industry.
The client is seeking a successful and experienced individual that can develop business specifically within the construction industry and able to promote the company and enhance their image and brand.
Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Report into the Senior Management Team
- Coordinate Business and Sales Activities
- Develop new business leads
- Maintain and enhance current business
- Attend meetings with existing and new clients, responding to any queries
- Liaise regularly with Clients
- Enhance the company’s image continuously
- Coordinate with the BID team
- Monitor BID writing and proposals, continuously improving to enhance their effectiveness
- Ensure BIDs have been processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Regularly produce reports and discuss with management
- Identify any potential barriers or problems and plan solutions
- Set Targets and Deadlines and ensure they are met
- Assist the Management Team
- Provide regular reports to Senior Management
Business Development Manager Specification:
- BID, Marketing or Sales Degree
- 4 years’ plus relevant experience
- Experience working with a Construction Company
- Experience in developing and managing business leads
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
