CAD Technician - Kerry

CAD/BIM Engineer          Co Kerry               €40-45k

Our client based in North West County Kerry has an immediate requirement to recruit a CAD/BIM engineer to join their team to work on a range of projects for their expanding client base.  

The role will suit someone with at least a years experience performing in a similar role who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment both with clients and as part of a dynamic wider team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Producing clear and reliable 3D designs from concept stage through to construction.
• Producing detailed working drawings in line with client requirements
• Managing the delivery of BIM models and CAD documentation of designs
• Preparing technical reports, specification and schedules.
• Contributing to the planning of team workload.

Individual requirements

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings and translate design briefs into design solutions
• Comfortable working on concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
