Chartered Building Surveyor - ROI

Our client is a leading Consultancy recognised for the professionalism and commitment to quality.  Due to a peak in workload, they require a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of impressive projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building Condition Surveys (Pre-Acquisition / Building Investment Funds / Schedules of Condition)
• Design and specification.
• Dilapidations
• Defect inspections and reports.
• Measured Surveys.
• Feasibility Studies.
• Budget estimates and Cost Plans.
• Any other duties as required by the business.

Requirements

• Chartership (MSCSI/MRICS) or working toward Charteship.
