Our client is a leading Civil and Structural Consulting Engineer who currently require a Civil Design Engineer to join their busy design team. Their project portfolio is diverse and impressive and includes education, commercial as well as public sector work. Job Responsibilities
- Detailed design solutions for various elements of infrastructure engineering work using AutoCAD software.
- Liaising and co-ordinating with all members of the design team.
- Attending design team meetings and client liaison meetings as appropriate.
- Assisting in the preparation of drawing lists, programmes, specifications and progress
- Applicants must have a degree in Civil Engineering, 2:1 or above.
Criteria
- 3+ years experience in a similar role working on infrastructure projects.
- Chartered or Working towards Chartership.
- Previous design office experience.
- Excellent communications skills in particular report writing.
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD and revit desirable.
