Site Civil Engineer
Location: Cork/ROI
Sector: Civil
Inform3 are currently recruiting for a Civil Engineer to join a leading employer to manage power projects based in Cork and other sites throughout ROI.
The successful candidate can be based nationwide, with occasional travel to Cork and sites being required.
Civil Engineer Requirements:
- Setting out the site in accordance with site drawings and specifications
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- Accurately record site progress in the diary
- Provide technical and structural experience
- Comply with strict safety regulations
- Liaise with electrical designers and civil designers to ensure civil designs meet requirements
- Conduct Toolbox Talks
- Report to the Chief Technical Officer
Civil Engineer Specification:
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- Civil Engineer Degree.
- Highly organised and motivated
- Competent on Microsoft Office.
- Full driving license.
- Knowledge of a broad range of civil engineering fields including geotechnics and structural
- Previous experience of civil engineering design of renewable energy, HV substation or underground cable projects is desirable but not essential.
