Civil Engineer – Dublin
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Civil Engineer, for a water project in Dublin. The client has an extreme amount of experience with over 30 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering industry. Each year the client has experienced growth and is seeking a Civil Engineer with the desire and determination to grow. The successful candidate will need a Civil Engineering Degree and previous experience working on civil projects.
Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Report into the Senior Engineer and Site Management Team
- Complete Setting out and Surveying regularly
- Check site drawings and specifications
- Assist with any technical queries or problems
- Provide assistance to the Site Management team by coordinating direct and sub-contractor staff
- Assist in coordinating resources such as Plant, Machinery and Equipment
- Adhere to Health & Safety
- Adhere to the company’s policy regarding quality of workmanship
- Complete site paperwork and the site diary
- Attend Site Meetings
- Conduct Toolbox talks
- Ensure all staff and visitors have received site inductions
- Assist in coordinating Traffic on and off site
Civil Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 1 years’ plus experience
- Setting Out and Surveying experience
- Previous experience preferred on civil projects
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
