Our client is a leading consultancy and project management Consultancy based in Cork and currently require an Engineer to join their busy team.
Job role:
- Carrying out due diligence reporting on Asset purchase project’s.
- Reviewing planning file’s
- Fire Certificate file’s
- Carrying out Surveys of properties
- Preparing and issuing reports.
- Working with Clients, Council’s Consultants and all relevant stakeholders.
- Delivering Projects on time and budget
Criteria
- A degree in Engineering, construction management or equivalent.
- Relevant experience 1 to 3 years.
- Report writing experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve tight deadlines
