Civil Engineer
Job Location: Ulster
Sector: Civil
NFORM3 are currently recruiting Civil Engineer to work on projects including civils and utilities within Ulster area. The successful candidates must have a Civil Engineer or Construction Management degree and experience setting out.
The client is an established Civil Engineering Contractor with a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the construction industry.
Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Regularly report to the Project Manager
- Review site drawings and specifications
- Set out the site with accuracy and precision
- Assist in coordinating site works in accordance with the project plan
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations
- Complete site works aligned with the company’s quality standards
- Assist with planning & coordination of Plant, Machinery and Equipment
- Order in materials
- Keep up to date site diaries and paperwork
- Conduct Toolbox Talks
- Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
- Be part of regular update meetings with the wider site team
- Provide progress reports with the Project Manager
Civil Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer or Construction Management Degree
- 1-3 years plus experience in a similar role
- Previous setting out experience
- Experience working with utilities, groundworks, earthworks etc
- Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
