Civil Engineer

INFORM3 are seeking a Civil Engineer to join a well-established engineering and infrastructure contractor on a long-term project in County Tipperary.
The project involves water and wastewater infrastructure, offering an opportunity to contribute to essential utility works while working alongside an experienced site team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer seeking long-term work and career development within the civil engineering sector.
Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day civil engineering activities on site.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Carry out setting out, surveying and levelling as required.
- Monitor site progress, quality and health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and material deliveries.
- Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives and other stakeholders.
- Assist with planning, sequencing and resolving technical issues on site.
Civil Engineer Requirements:
- Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in a site-based Civil Engineer role.
- Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or utilities projects.
- Water and wastewater experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, setting out and surveying.
- Understanding of health and safety and quality assurance procedures.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Full driving licence and ability to travel to site in Tipperary.
