Civil Engineer – Meath
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Civil Engineer, for projects based in Meath, Kildare and Dublin. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client with over 20 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering industry. The client has built a great reputation throughout Ireland and is known for producing high quality standards on each project.
The candidate will need to be experienced in setting out and surveying and have past experience in working on civils projects.
Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Management in regards to site activities
- Complete daily setting out and surveying
- Management and control of health and safety issues
- Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented
- Understand quality requirements from specifications and drawings
- Complete site diary
- Conduct safety talks
- Ensure competence of staff
- Attend regular review meetings regarding site progress
- Complete any other duties as and when required
Candidate Specification:
- Civil Engineer background
- 1 years’ plus experience in a similar position
- Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
- Setting out knowledge
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
