Civil Engineer – IMMEDIATE START IN DUBLIN WEST / KILDARE AREA
INFORM3 are looking to appoint Civil Engineer, for work based on a project in Dublin. The client requires a Civil Engineer who will be required to undertake surveying, setting out and site supervision work while keeping records of all site activities. The client is a Civil Engineering Contractor with a fantastic reputation and consistently growing in the industry.
Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Management on regular intervals regarding site activity
- Assist in the management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff
- Assist in the management and control of plant and equipment
- Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of works
- Understand quality requirements from specifications and drawings and ensure compliance with both, on site
- Keeping up to date site diaries and paperwork
- Conducting Toolbox Talks and Health and Safety Briefings
- Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
- Ensure competence of staff
- Attend and coordinate regular meetings with the site team
- Ensure Health and Safety is always made a priority on site
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Civil Engineer background
- 1 years’ plus experience in a similar role
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
- Setting out knowledge
- Full driving licence
