Civil Engineers
Job Location: Louth / Meath / Laois

INFORM3 are recruiting Civil Engineers to join a growing project team delivering public realm and urban infrastructure schemes across Louth, Meath and Laois. The successful candidates will play a key role in the delivery of streetscape improvements, active travel infrastructure, utility coordination, drainage works and associated civil engineering activities.
Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of public realm and civil engineering projects.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, quality standards and project programmes.
- Monitor site activities and provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors.
- Carry out setting out, surveying and site inspections as required.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with designers, utility providers, local authorities and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to support efficient project delivery.
- Assist with project planning, procurement and resource management.
- Support the preparation of as-built records and project handover documentation.
Civil Engineer Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or public realm projects (experience level may vary depending on role).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, site operations and engineering principles.
- Experience with setting out and survey equipment is desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other relevant engineering software.
- Knowledge of Irish construction standards, specifications and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel between project locations.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
