INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a leading residential contractor who is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a major residential development in North Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team delivering a high-quality, long-term housing project.

Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying works on site.
- Coordinating site activities with subcontractors and site management.
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Maintaining accurate site records and quality documentation.
- Assisting with health & safety compliance and quality control.
- Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management.
- Liaising with design teams, consultants, and local authorities where required.
Civil Engineer Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 1+ years' experience in a civil engineering role, preferably within residential construction.
- Strong setting-out skills using GPS and total station equipment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full driving licence desirable.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
