Site Engineer – Cork
INFORM3 are recruiting for a Site Engineer to work on civil projects including public realm upgrades in Cork. The client is seeking to add to their site team due to an increase in demand for their services. The candidate joining the client must have a Civil Engineer Degree and be confident and motivated to develop their skills and knowledge.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project Manager
- Review site drawings and specification
- Set out the site accurately
- Provide structural assistance to the site teams
- Communicate with the various site teams regarding daily objectives
- Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
- Order in materials ensuring the various site teams have enough stock to complete their job
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Attend Site Meetings
- Assist in controlling traffic on site
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Report back to Site Management on progress
Site Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 1-5 years plus relevant experience
- Setting Out knowledge and experience
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Able to work off own initiative
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
