Civil Site Engineer – Dublin
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Civil Site Engineer, for projects based in Dublin. The successful candidate will work for a Civil Engineering Contractor with 40 years in the industry, a contractor with extremely high standards and a hard-working team. The candidate will need to have experience in setting out, working on drainage, groundworks, roads etc

Civil Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Regularly report into the Management team
- Ensure sub-contractors, labourers and site staff are managed through effective communication and coordination
- Control plant and materials on site
- Know of the company quality standards and ensure site team comply with these standards
- Read and understand site drawings
- Keeping up to date site diaries and paperwork
- Conducting Toolbox Talks and Health and Safety Briefings
- Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
- Ensure competence of staff
- Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended
- Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout site
Candidate Specification:
- Civil Engineer background
- 4 - 5 years’ plus experience
- Setting Out experience
- Ability to work off their own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Strong numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel
- Full driving licence
- Commercial awareness
