Civil Site Engineers – Scotland
INFORM3 are looking to appoint Civil Site Engineers, for a number of civil projects in Scotland. The successful candidate will work with a Civil Engineering Contractor with a number of live projects and continually expanding to a high demand in their services.
The client requires Civil Site Engineers with experience on working on Civil projects, completing setting out, surveying and supervision of site works.
The successful candidates will be provided with flights and accommodation.
Civil Site Engineers Responsibilities:
- Report into Senior Management regarding site activity
- Carry out daily checks on site to ensure work is in line with Site Specifications and Drawings
- Set Out and Survey the projects
- Communicate regularly with the various site teams to ensure they are clear on duties needing to be fulfilled
- Assist in any technical queries
- Coordinate with Site Management on Plant, Machinery and resources
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- Complete the site dairy
- Attend and chair Toolbox Talks
- Attend Health & Safety Briefings
- Ensure staff have site inductions
- Attend Site meetings
- Assist in any emergency situations
Civil Site Engineers Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 3 years plus experience
- Setting Out & Surveying knowledge and experience
- Able to work individually
- Excellent communicator
- Strong numeracy skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Driving licence
