INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Civil Site Foreman to join a residential development project in Co. Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on foreman with previous residential construction experience who can coordinate site activities, manage groundworks and civil works, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Civil Site Foreman Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations on a residential development.
  • Supervise and coordinate site crews, subcontractors and plant.
  • Manage groundworks, drainage, utilities, roads and associated civil works.
  • Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project programmes.
  • Monitor progress and coordinate labour, materials and equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
  • Liaise with site management, engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues.
  • Carry out quality checks and ensure works meet the required standards.
  • Assist with programme delivery and ensure deadlines are achieved.

Civil Site Foreman Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Civil Site Foreman on residential developments is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of residential groundworks, drainage and infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Experience supervising site crews and subcontractors.
  • Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to drive progress and maintain quality standards on site.
