Civil Supervisors – Monaghan, Cavan, Sligo and Donegal

INFORM3 are currently seeking Civil Supervisors to join a Civil Engineering Contractor with a number of utility projects. The client is interested in Civil Engineers or Civil Supervisors who are seeking to work with water, pipelines, drainage, waste water etc.

The successful candidates must be flexible with travel.

Civil Supervisors Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager
• Coordinate and manage sites as per the Project Plan
• Ensure the site is complying with current legislation and is a safe to complete site works
• Supervise the site teams, ensuring productivity and efficiency is at a high level
• Motivate the site teams to meet weekly targets and deadlines
• Complete the Site Diary regularly
• Be the point of contact for emergency situations and devise plans to amend any problems or errors
• Attend site and client meetings contributing when appropriate
• Ensure company values are adhered to throughout site
• Attend Site Management meetings
• Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
• Order in materials
• Manage traffic on and off site

Civil Supervisors Specification:

• Civil Engineering Background / Civil Supervisor Background
• 1-3 years plus experience in a similar role
• Experience in civils projects specifically utilities
• Excellent communicator and highly organised
• Able to work to deadlines and targets
• Experience in using Microsoft Office
• Full Driving License
