Civils Foreman– Dublin

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Civils Foreman for projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client who values making an innovative impact on the construction industry and is dedicated to providing a safe environment for their employees to work in. The client has a number of live projects across Dublin and is seeking to expand upon their team with an experienced Civils Foreman who is confident in managing civil teams.


Civils Foreman Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise regularly with the Project and Contracts Managers
  • Supervise and coordinate direct labour and sub-contractors ensuring they are on track to meet targets and deadlines
  • Complete the site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.
  • Regularly compare on site work against the Project Plan to provide guidance in terms of progress
  • Coordinate the installation and removal of Plant and Machinery on site
  • Check Plant and Machinery is safe to use
  • Coordinate regular Site Meetings, discussing targets and any potential issues arising on site
  • Adhere to Health & Safety and ensure site teams also abide by regulations
  • Order in materials when needed
  • Ensure waste is disposed of appropriately
  • Liaise with Site Engineers regarding any technical issues


Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Civil Foreman Background or Construction Management Degree
  • 5 years plus experience in a similar position
  • Experience coordinating civil teams
  • Experience working with groundworks, earthworks, utilities and roads
  • Experience working with heavy machinery and plant
  • Confident communicator
  • Confident in using MS Office
  • Full Driving License
