INFORM3 are recruiting for a well-established civil engineering contractor who is currently seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to join their team on major infrastructure and civil engineering projects in North Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Civils Foreman Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and plant operations.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Liaise with site management, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor progress and report on daily site activities.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained.

Civils Foreman Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Foreman on civil engineering, infrastructure, or groundworks projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications.
