Civils Foremen – Meath & Dublin

INFORM3 are currently hiring Civils Foremen to join a successful Civils Contractor working on renewable projects in Meath & Dublin.

The client is seeking a confident and highly organised individual that is capable of running the day-to-day operations on various civil projects. The candidates must have a strong civils background and previous experience managing site teams.


Civils Foremen Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Project Manager
  • Review Project Programmes, establishing deadlines and targets
  • Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
  • Conduct checks on all Plant & Machinery ensuring it is safe for site use
  • Complete the site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams, providing regular assistance
  • Conduct weekly inspections on site to ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered too
  • Monitor workmanship, ensuring it is at a high standard
  • Manage traffic on and off site
  • Coordinate Site Meetings
  • Complete Site Inductions
  • Attend Management meetings providing updates regarding site progress


Civils Foremen Specifications:

  • Considerable management background
  • 5 years or more similar experience
  • Experience managing various civil projects
  • Experience working with heavy machinery and plant
  • Experience in groundworks, drainage, earthworks and muck shifting etc
  • Strong Communicator
  • Driven to succeed
  • Clean Driving License
